Tech Consultant.
← where I am right nowMy role at a global professional-services firm, on an enterprise SAP Order-to-Cash transformation. Over two fiscal years I grew from Scrum Master to Sub-Process Lead — and built the practice around the work as much as the work itself.
NOTE — client and firm details are generalized; this file summarizes my role and recognition, not confidential deliverables.
Two fiscal years on an enterprise SAP Order-to-Cash program: grew from Scrum Master to Sub-Process Lead, owned commercial end-to-end testing, delivered eight client credentials, and earned 10 Bravo Awards. Alongside delivery, I led firm communities and enablement — from Women in SAP to new-hire bootcamps.

What it adds up to
Delivery and practice-building, held together. On the client side I moved from Scrum Master to owning a sub-process and coordinating end-to-end testing. On the firm side I led communities, trained new hires, and coordinated the credentials and learning programs that keep the practice sharp.
The through-line: showing up early, staying calm in the chaos, and turning individual contribution into something the whole team can lean on.
